Our elegant Afternoon Tea Functions are a

The private use of the common areas of the Bed
& Breakfast along with the service and attention

In addition to the front parlor, The 1910 House Bed & Breakfast has several
venues where afternoon teas can be enjoyed, from the antique atmosphere of
our home’s interiors to the beautifully landscaped tranquility found by the
Gazebo near the pond and the ice-cream parlor styling of our café-like patio.

Cream Tea 6-12 Guests Perfect for enjoying the elegance of an afternoon tea with a light fare. Includes scones with clotted cream and jams, banana/raisin bread, assorted tea bags and/or up to two choices of brewed teas. $9/person |
Victorian Tea 6-12 Guests Enjoy scones with clotted cream and jams, grapes, selection of up to 3 varieties of savory tea sandwiches, tasty dessert treats, assorted tea bags and/or up to three choices of brewed teas. $15.00/person |

Choose from one of the following Tea Functions:
General Information:
- All Tea functions are 1-1/2 hours long and must be scheduled to start no
earlier than noon and no later than 2:30 pm . - Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance. Since we
only host one event per day, it is recommended that you reserve
your date well in advance. - Additional Charges:
- Outdoor Setup is $30 extra.
- Outdoor setup under tent is $50 extra.
- Server in Butler Attire is $25 extra.
- NJ Sales Tax of 7% on all services.
- Gratuities appreciated but not required.
- All Afternoon Tea Packages and Prices may be modified at any time.
- A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the date.
- Tea Functions will be charged based on the final head count in effect 48
hours prior to the scheduled event. Your sandwich and tea selections
must also be made by that same time (see menus above). No shows will
be the responsibility of the person booking the party. Cancellations less
than 48 hours will have 50% of the booking charged to the credit card on
file.

We serve our afternoon teas in the traditional Victorian manner in our front
parlor. The charming groupings of antique chairs, settees, loveseats and side
tables provide an ideal setting for friendly conversations. This provides a
unique experience not found in tea rooms or restaurants. (For groups of 6,
afternoon tea can be served at the dining room table, if preferred.)
