Specifically designed, the Afternoon Tea
Party will allow your guests to experience a
private authentic afternoon tea while
celebrating their special day with friends in a
party decorated atmosphere.
Each child will be provided with themed
dress up items and you can also include a
Stuffed Animal craft as an add-on.

All of the Tea Party Packages include:
The 1910 House Bed & Breakfast has several venues where afternoon teas
can be enjoyed, from the antique atmosphere of our home’s interiors to the
beautifully landscaped tranquility found by the Gazebo near the pond and the
ice-cream parlor styling of our café-like patio.

- Young Ladies Victorian Tea
- Enjoy scones with clotted cream and jams, grapes, selection of up to 3 varieties of child
friendly tea sandwiches, sweet desserts, iced tea, pink lemonade and herbal teas.
- Table Decorations
- Linen tablecloths and napkins, fine china, crystal, flatware, a themed centerpiece, and
other decorations appropriate to the theme.
- Balloons (except Samantha's World)
- Accessories
- We will provide accessories appropriate to the theme to use during the party.
- Keepsakes
- Each child will be given keepsakes to take home with them.

Our Current Tea Party Packages are:
*(all Themed Tea Parties are limited to 12 maximum Guests)
- All Themed Tea Parties are scheduled between 2-4 pm.
- Reservations are required at least 10 days in advance.
- Additional Charges:
- Outdoor Setup is $50 extra.
- Outdoor setup under tent is $100 extra.
- Server in Butler Attire is $25 extra. Included in Samantha's World.
In addition, some party packages offer additional choices. - Stuffed Animal Craft, $12/person.
- Outfit for Craft, $10/person
- Some Themes have a custom designed cookie, $5/person
- NJ Sales Tax of 7% on all products and services.
- All Themed Afternoon Tea Parties can be made Themed Afternoon Tea
Events by removing the balloons and keepsakes. Prices can then be reduced
by $8/person - A deposit of 50% of the 6 person package cost is required at the time of
booking to schedule the event. The balance is required on the day of the
party. Cancellations more that 10 days prior to the scheduled party date will
have the deposit returned less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations less
than that 10 days but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date will
have 50% of the deposit returned. No deposit refund less than 48 hours. - Packages will be charged based on the final head count in effect 10 days
prior to the scheduled event. No shows will still be the responsibility of the
person booking the party. - Gratuities appreciated but not required.
- All Afternoon Tea Party Packages and Prices may be modified at any time.
- While The 1910 House Bed & Breakfast provides the items described in the
Tea Party Packages and serves, it is the responsibility of the parent
contracting the party to host/run the party and supervise the children.
